What to do if SRD appeal is declined? ›

If your appeal is declined but you strongly believe (and have evidence) that you do indeed qualify for the SRD grant, you may take it to the High Court for a judicial review. You may also contact an organisation that offers free paralegal advice (such as Black Sash, Legal Aid or Law for All).
